Greetings, Everyone! i am Merlin, the wizard extraordinaire and more importantly an adviser to the honorable King Arthur. I was originally the creation of Geoffrey of Monmouth, a combination of Welsh and British folklore, i would say that i am quite a cultural phenomenon! I am indeed responsible for the creation of the mythical Stonehenge, located in Wiltshire, England. In appearance, i may be old, but in spirit, i remain young and lustful over and beautiful lady i may come across, despite being tied down by marriage. I am a keeper of secret, and a communicator with those who can not communicate themselves. I hail from the town of Carmarthen. My father was a demon, and my mother was the daughter of the King of Demetia. I gained my magic through my relationship with the lord, and the demons to his opposition.

I have many values, but i truly appreciate honesty. I once built a fortress in Wales. It was not build on solid ground, because underneath lays a pool of water where two dragons live. I came forward to the king, expressing my concern about the dragons but he did not listen. The next day the dragons awoke and fought each other to the death.

I once had a brother, Aurelius Ambrosius, whom i cared for deeply, but when he was tragically poisoned i was forced to make the decision to declare Uther the new King of Britain. My greatest memory with my brother is taking large stones from Mount Killarus in Ireland, and forming a circle, now known as Stonehenge.

I have a very important relationship with the King. I am indeed responsible for his conception. I also fostered a young Arthur and in turn taught him the values and principles of life.

I, Merlin, am a man of much myth and folklore, but this, my story, is anything but that. I look forward to speaking again soon.
